Arteria serves to collate various aspects of North

Charleston. It focuses on;

1. Estimated sea level over time

2. Historical and modern land-filling areas

3. Military presence in the Bend throughout time

4. Road + Railroad Nodes / Gridlines

Through viewing these layers of history and the

future, the complexity of North Charleston can

be seen and used as a departure point to create

purposeful architecture.
